Q: My package was marked delivered but I did not receive it?
A: Check the neighbors and double check you have the correct address. If you still have not located it, please contact us and we will communicate with the shipping carrier. They will provide us with GPS coordinates of where the package was left and we can determine the next steps.
Q: What marker do you recommend to write on the wood?
A: Sharpie will work fine!
Q: Will the marker bleed?
A: No, the wood is sealed and will not bleed.
Q: What happens if I miss-spell the name?
A: Please double check the spelling. Once the item is purchased it goes straight into production and will not be able to make changes. Please double check the spelling!
