Absolutely! Place you order and then send us pictures with reference to the order number and we will help when you receive your mock up.
Our most general timeframe is 3-5 days for a font mock up, but this
timeframe varies. Our most updated timeframe will be found in our shop updates! If you've messaged us, please be patient as we receive many messages each day and try to work through them as quickly as possible.
We allow a 12-hour cancellation window for our customers, however, if we have begun production on your custom sign, we can no longer offer cancellations.
I am very satisfied with my sign! However it was not the style that I ordered. I ordered a round name sign and requested a proof, which wouldve taken additional processing time. I never received the proof and the sign I received was not round, it was a name cut out. I am happy with what I received as it’s still beautiful but I emailed the company about it and never heard back. I am still glad I purchased it and that I supported a local faith based company.
