Processing time: Signs will ship in 2-3 business days via USPS. Upgraded shipping is available at checkout.

Shipping and Transit times: USPS transit times are typically 2-5 business days but may extend longer in the holiday season.

Hickory Hollow Designs is not responsible for any items lost, stolen or damaged in transit. 

Shipping Delays: Hickory Hollow Designs is not responsible for any shipping delays that may occur. 

Promo Codes: Please use FREEOVER20 code for free standard shipping for orders over $20. Upgraded shipping is an additional charge and can be selected at checkout. Promotions can not be applied to previous orders and can not be combined with free shipping promos.

Rush Processing and Delivery: If you need the item sooner than the provided dates please message us to see if we are able to help. 

Refunds and Returns: All sales are final on personalized items. Any item returned to us due to refusal or wrong address will be charged a restocking fee and or a re shipping fee. 

Q: Do you provide proofs?

A: Only if requested and it will delay processing time. You can request a proof in the order notes.

Q: I need this sign sooner than the estimated date? 

A: Please message us via email or the chat now button!

Q: My package was marked delivered but I did not receive it?
A: Check the neighbors and double check you have the correct address. If you still have not located it, please contact us and we will communicate with the shipping carrier. They will provide us with GPS coordinates of where the package was left and we can determine the next steps. 

Q: What happens if I miss-spell?

A: Please double check the spelling. Once the item is purchased it goes straight into production and will not be able to make changes.
